Vegetarian Jollof Rice

Ingredients: 5-8 Servings

1½ Bottle Ghana Café Sauce (Regular or Hot)

¼ Cup Cooking Oil

2½ Cup Water; 1/8 Spoon Salt

2 Cup Rice



Pour 1 bottle Ghana Café Sauce into cooking pot.  Add 1½ cups of water to the sauce; Pour another cup of water into the empty bottle; Shake the bottle and empty the mixture into the cooking pot; Add cooking oil and salt; Bring it to a boil on high heat; Pour rice into the boiling water mix and stir; Cover the pot with a lid; Bring it to Low heat to cook for approx. 15 minutes, or until the Jollof Rice is cooked;

Heat ½ bottle Ghana Café Sauce in a microwave for 1½ minutes (90 seconds) before Serving

Jollof Rice is ready to serve in 20 minutes
